The Cleanser
I think I’m more excited about this Fresh Soy Face Cleanser than any other products I’ve discovered recently. The texture is so smooth and creamy, unlike any cleanser I’ve tried before. I like that it removes makeup and foams up just the right amount. It mostly just feels super luxurious and leaves my skin extra soft and moisturized. I can’t say enough good things about this cleanser right now. I’m in love with the Fresh brand and would love to try out more of their products.

The Eye Cream
My under-eye area isn’t a huge concern for me at the moment because I’m not quite at the age to be combating wrinkles yet and I don’t suffer too much from dark circles. Honestly I just enjoy the added step of putting on an eye cream at night. And who knows, maybe it’s preventative. Right now I’m using Clinique’s All About Eyes. I think this is a good no frills, mild eye cream that’s hydrating and prevents puffiness. This is right up your alley if your concern isn’t so much anti-aging, but rather a nice hydrating, calming eye cream.

The Moisturizer
As an Ulta Black Friday deal I picked up a Mario Badescu skincare kit because I’ve heard great things about the brand, and I have to say I’m impressed. One thing I’ve been loving is the Seaweed Night Cream. This is a super thick, rich cream that leaves you with glowing skin in the morning. I notice a difference on the mornings after I use this stuff. Another plus is that a little bit goes a long way, so this product should last me a while.

The Toner
Another product from the Mario Badescu kit is the Glycolic Acid Toner. It sounds kind of scary, but I’ve been intrigued by skincare with glycolic acid ever since I first heard about it. Glycolic acid is a chemical exfoliant that breaks down dead skin cells helping with both acne and dull skin. I use this at night after cleansing my face, and I think this paired with the Seaweed Night Cream really helps to give me that fresh face feel and look in the morning. Plus it’s alcohol free meaning it’s not stripping on the skin.

The Face Mask
I was happily surprised to find recently that my Michael Todd Avocado and Mango Mask still had some life in it. I thought it was completely empty, but picked it up again just to see if there was anymore left and I’ve gotten several uses out of it since! This mask is actually bright orange so it looks really funny when you apply it. It’s packed with oils that nourish the skin making it extra hydrating. Because it’s just meant to be a hydrating mask I don’t notice drastic difference after using it, but it leaves my skin feeling fresh and pampered.

I actually have pretty dry and sensitive skin too, and I find that my skin feels more nourished and definitely less flaky when I use the seaweed moisturizer! A lot of their products are really mild and gentle at an affordable price, which I like. I can’t speak for the whole line, but from the few samples I’ve tried it seems like it would be perfectly fine for that skin type. Thanks for reading! 🙂

Great! I will have a look and see if I can find the brand. And I will try the seaweed moisturiser 🙂
