What do you do when you have too many kiwis because you made your boyfriend pull over on the side of the highway at a fruit stand that sold 8 kiwis for a dollar? You make a fruit pizza.
A long time ago I went to a pampered chef party with my mom. Or was it a tupperware party? One of those kinds of cooking related parties that mom’s used to go to before you could buy everything on the Internet. Anyway. We made a fruit pizza, and all I remember was that it had kiwis on it. I don’t have any memories of ever having kiwis before that, so in my mind kiwis always equal cookie pizzas. Healthy relationship? Well if you make a healthy, vegan cookie pizza then sure it counts.
Normally fruit pizzas are basically giant sugar cookie cakes with cream cheese icing piled high and then topped with fruit. The fruit just tricks you into thinking it’s healthier than a normal cookie cake.

Perfect for summer
While it may not be as rich as a traditional cookie pizza, I like the dense nutty flavor of this cookie cake. Take it to a summer party or just make it for yourself because yolo dessert pizza for one. Pairs nicely with a glass of wine if that’s how you roll.
